Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Consequences of cancellations
If you cancel this purchase agreement we will reimburse you for all payments received from you including delivery costs promptly and at the least within 30 days after the date on which we received your cancellation.
